My name is Eric Huber and I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Andrea Green from Dickson Realty. To give you some background, I have been at the executive level in operations or a business owner for over ten years. Through this experience I have not only dealt with many commercial real estate agents, but hundreds of sub contractors. Furthermore, I have owned a variety of properties and thus have had exposure with many residential agents as well.

Unfortunately, with the economic downturn my wife and I had to short sale our house and wanted to find someone who had experience with dealing with this type of transaction, thus my wife tracked down Andrea Green. Let me start by saying that I am a type A person and Andrea is one individual that kept pace with me (and then some) every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable at the beginning of the process outlining all our options and making us feel at ease with an otherwise difficult situation. There were two things that impressed me the most about Andrea throughout this process. The first was the fact that she called all the parties involved (banks, inspectors, appraisers, etc) and gave them no chance to breathe or think. She was on them every second because her mentality was that there was no chance for this house not to sell. If she ran into a roadblock, she came up with quick solutions and always kept a positive mind frame. The second characteristic about Andrea that impressed me is her constant updating as it relates to where we stood with the sale. I never had to wonder what was going on because she would give me an update immediately if a new detail arose with the sale. She was not only this way with me, but everyone who was involved with the sale. It was evident to me that she took on the leadership role to close this transaction and coordinated all aspects of the transaction.

I can honestly say that with my complicated situation, I don’t know if our house would have closed if Andrea wasn’t our agent. Her tireless determination is unique from almost any other subcontractor or agent I have worked with.
