Our goals. Our beliefs. Our principles. Who we are. Dickson Realty was founded in 1973 under the guiding premise that integrity, had work and creativity would yield success. Today those guiding principles have made Dickson Realty the region’s largest and most successful real estate company. While we measure our success by the quality of a transaction rather than the quantity, The Real Trends Big Broker Report consistently ranks Dickson Realty as one of the top 200 firms in the nation. We are locally owned, independent company. Decisions are made where we live, work, and raise our families. In 2005, Dickson Realty affiliated with the McCall Realty to offer services throughout the region from the Truckee Meadows area (Reno, Sparks and Carson City) to Lake Tahoe (Incline Village, South Lake Tahoe, Stateline and Truckee). An area covering 3,300 square miles by 350 agents in 13 offices. What we do. Dickson Realty offers various real estate services through several divisions founded on the same entrepreneurial guiding principles of integrity, hard work and creativity. What we believe. Our greatest asset and the key to our success are our agents and staff. We believe in affiliating with those that share our guiding principles and vision. For more than 30 years we have built our reputation for results on our commitment to making it easier and more profitable for our clients to buy and sell real estate; becoming the source for real estate knowledge; being leaders in real estate innovation; and being leaders in helping build great communities. How we succeed. Our goal is to create and maintain a company that attracts and keeps the best and brightest real estate professionals and staff as well as to create an environment where we work together as a team to provide value to our clients. We have pulled together brokerage, mortgage and insurance to become the source for all the needs of our real estate clients. With our success, we pledge to commit time and money in our communities. We are committed to helping build great communities and great places to live. |
